By accessing or using Trackelio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trackelio. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Trackelio is a product feedback platform that allows users to create workspaces where their customers can submit feature requests, vote on posts, leave comments, view public roadmaps, read changelogs, and browse knowledge base articles.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Certain features may be subject to plan limits or require a paid subscription. Plan details are described on our pricing page and may change with advance notice.

3. User Accounts

To access Trackelio, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trackelio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

You agree not to transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or deleterious programs.

5. Intellectual Property

Trackelio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trackelio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating the service.

6. Payment Terms

Certain aspects of Trackelio may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

We use Stripe to handle billing. By providing your payment information, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new pricing takes effect.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trackelio, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use Trackelio after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
